The name Cÿhrt Cäng Ckez is derived from the Dwarven language, as Cÿhrt Cäng Ckez was founded by Caradoc Zÿhndtubqugbuhez, who was culturaly Dwarvern.

Climate

Cÿhrt Cäng Ckez was founded durring the late 10th century, by Caradoc Zÿhndtubqugbuhez. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Caradoc Zÿhndtubqugbuhez.

Cÿhrt Cäng Ckez was built using the conventions of Dwarvern durring the late 10th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Cÿhrt Cäng Ckez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Cÿhrt Cäng Ckez is is constructed arround a series of restrictive cobblestone mainstreets which form concentric circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to each other at varrious points. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Cÿhrt Cäng Ckez's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Cÿhrt Cäng Ckez's top tier civilian fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

Cÿhrt Cäng Ckez is not quite well. Something happened here, perhapse recently, perhapse long ago. Whatever it was, it settled into the very soul of the town like a festering wound.
